CB&CC Land Sale

To All Members & Friends,

Claremont Bowls & Community Club Board of Management is happy to announce that our block of land at 4 Bourneville Crescent will be on the market within the next week or so, in a joint sale venture with The Glenorchy City Council.

The reason for the joint venture is due to Council having a block adjacent to CBCC’s which will make the sale more attractive to a developer.

You will see a sign erected at the entrance to the block, off Bourneville Crescent in due course.

This venture has been a long time in the making and has succeeded former board members and officers of the club. Our current management is appreciative of all past efforts to make this happen.
